O lord Muse cannot you see?
My forefathers wrought an oath upon me
Noble blood still flows through true veins
To bring the wheel’s Doom on Nightmare’s age
My first father Muse witness me
I wield my heart for you truly
Swear upon the Fire that pain taught
Free I will all men who mare straught
On the other shore she birthed me
My deep heart borne empty
King-right cleanness exiles the dark
Death's death leaves not a maremark
Ah! in a distant age under that tree
We fought on a battlefield so holy
Blood shed against the everlasting fiend
And tears shed against marestruck friend
Yet blood wept shall set kin free
And tears wept quell the mare in me
We warred again at that wild mount
And at Baikal that dark deep ghostfount
I was there when the first one forsooth
Babylon, Bodhi, Sinai, Xinjiang, too
The noble fight with a clear mind
Down my father and mother's line
Age after age
Life after life
Strive and strive
Fight and fight
Far and near
Here and there
Me and you
So black mare I know you fear me too
And my will and blood still proves true
And the wheel weaves a spring to renew
For my clan and kins doom is you!
So hear me now dear first father
This is the oath of Muse's daughter
