Spirit-Writing from the Gathering of the Mandate — Part I


In the summer of 1999, a group of Yiguandao practitioners from Taiwan undertook two scouting missions to Thailand — the first with two people over seven days, the second with ten over ten days. At Buddhist temples, Chinese folk shrines, and open landscapes across Bangkok, Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai, and Phuket, local deities descended through spirit-writing to deliver messages: the Four-Faced Buddha (Brahma) at his famous Bangkok shrine, Shakyamuni at the Great Buddha Temple in Ayutthaya, the Jade Buddha at Chiang Rai, and many others. Each spoke in classical Chinese verse — acrostic poems embedding place names, appeals for salvation, and confirmations that the Dao of the Heavenly Mandate had reached their shores.

The most extraordinary passage comes at the end, when Ji Gong — the Living Buddha, speaking in colloquial Taiwanese — addresses his disciples at Phuket about the looming possibility of war across the Taiwan Strait. He tells them: if the worst happens, take the Dao to Thailand. Plant a new branch. The trickster is no longer joking. He is a general preparing for retreat, telling his soldiers where to regroup. The year was 1999; Lee Teng-hui had just declared "special state-to-state relations" with mainland China, and cross-strait tensions were at their peak since the 1996 missile crisis.

In the final autumn of the Gathering Season, the children of Guangxuan answer the call of destiny.

The Mother, in her mercy, issues a sacred edict: the Heavenly Mandate shall go forth to inspect every land.

Ten thousand immortals and bodhisattvas guard the journey. The Three Realms work together to save the spirits of the living.

The holy sound falls like sweet dew, cleansing the landscape of the heart — ferrying immortals, ferrying humans, ferrying the vast darkness below.


The First Scouting Mission — Two People, Seven Days

The Four-Faced Buddha at the SOGO Department Store, Bangkok

The Four-Faced Buddha speaks:

Thailand, blessed and auspicious, showers grace like rain upon the land. Across these borders, the same mercy falls upon the common people.

I look out from four directions and see the masses sinking in suffering. From these four faces I send compassion and mercy, that they may hear the blessings of good fortune.

The Buddha's light draws those with affinity — in the northern prefecture, the waters sustain all living things.

Faces still ruddy, return to the original simplicity. The Buddha's traces lead home to the first path.

Morning and night they toil for their living. The sun rises and sets without direction.

They pray to gods and worship Buddhas seeking release from the net. With sincere prayer and supplication, the heart finds rest.

Note: The Four-Faced Buddha possesses four faces, eight arms, and four feet. During the visit, the north-facing aspect — who identified himself as the Northern Guanyin — came to form a bond. He said that the people of Thailand pray to gods simply for the peace of mind it brings.


The Five Prefecture Thousand-Year Lords at the Siam Dai Tien Gong

Siam blazes with jeweled radiance, approaching the morning court. The Realm of Logic shines bright, its jade clarity stored deep within.

The ancestral pulse flows and turns, vital breath congealing like mist. Heaven's mercy moistens the masses, spreading sweet rain.

The Master of this Palace reveals the original brightness. The five roads of perception are severed — return now to peace.

True and virtuous both sustain the one who holds the Way. A thousand rivers lead the return, ferrying the poor beyond the suburbs.

Through the abundant years of Thailand, walk on toward the jade isles.


Shakyamuni Buddha at the Great Buddha Temple, Ayutthaya

The Buddha speaks:

The Buddha's nature is compassion — he ferries the lowly and pities the lost. With every prayer slip and every divination lot, he loosens the knots of the heart.

They seek comfort for their spirits, leaning close for shelter. They plant the fields of merit and blessedness, adding to the good soil.

Shakyamuni holds the flower and points to the Cross between the fingers. The true Dharma, the seal of the heart, is transmitted through awakening.

The root of wisdom is cultivated through past lives — old grudges pull and tangle. The ford through delusion is hard to open; the soul can barely escape its dark resentment.

Thought after thought they worship the Buddha, drawing threads of good affinity. Reduce evil, reject greed, and calamity is kept at bay.

They hope, in the next life, to descend to a precious land, to encounter the Enlightened Teacher and receive the pointing between life and death.

Sorrows and worries have never diminished. The waves of violence sweep wild across the eastern fields.

Buddha and Demon stand opposed — this has never been resolved. I look to the worthy and the determined to stand against the flood of calamity.

I will not change my vow — I follow the sages who came before. I swear to broadcast the sound of Heaven and draw in those bound by affinity.

When you truly awaken and understand where you first came from — return to the Paradise of the Buddha-land.


The Buddha's Deputy at the Golden Dragon Cave Temple, River Kwai, Kanchanaburi

Before the palace, hundreds of spirit-beasts have practiced and cultivated, gathering the cinnabar pearl of the primordial womb.

They absorb the moonlight's essence and tend their true nature. They wait for the destined moment to recover what was originally theirs.

I beg the worthy ones: have mercy. Walk boldly into the cave — do not fear the spirit-beasts — and ferry the Mother's children home.

One pointing of the finger and the fog lifts. Build merit, establish fruit, and settle the debts of past lives.


The Four-Faced Buddha at the Nong Nooch Tropical Garden, Pattaya

They know only that worshipping the Buddha is a spiritual comfort. They pray to Heaven for mercy and the descent of blessings.

Debts from past lives drag them through cause and effect. They do not know the true Lord of the present age — Maitreya.

No one with good discernment can guide them to see clearly. Day and night they grope blindly, chasing desire in vain.

The Four-Faced Buddha and all the gods of Thailand — we look to the worthy: do not abandon this chance. Scatter the heavenly sound across the nine wilds and the ridges of the earth.

Guide the blind and the deaf to know the way home. Cultivate inner virtue. Let good energy gather and disperse the obstructions clouding their eyes.

Slowly, gently, dissolve the grudges and enmity of past lives. Awaken to the source, understand the division between life and death.

Escape the sweeping destruction of the End Times.

At the Elephant Show:

Happy-go-lucky contentment is a fine temperament — but without resolving life and death, you turn forever in the wheel of rebirth.

Making more sins and offenses — who can ferry you free? How precious, how rare, that the worthy have come, giving up their own comfort.

From a foreign land, they universally transcend the confused and the confined.

I beg you: establish a temple here to save the world and rescue its companions.

Let all the gods and saints build merit and fruit through this. Settle the ignorant sins of countless past kalpas.

Awaken to the character-point and return to the innocence of the uncarved block.

Fall back to your own soil — gather speed — step into the Heavenly Kingdom.


The Second Scouting Mission — Ten People, Ten Days

The Sage-Buddha Yuanxuan, Above Chiang Rai by Airplane

With heart and strength I stand against the sweeping calamity. In difficulty, be firm — do not fear.

This devotion has moved the Mother to open a window of opportunity. She has paused, for now, the wild sweep across the east.

The Gathering is not yet complete — the nine continents have not all been crossed. So many of the Mother's children are still crawling in their dreams.

I beg the Mother: give your original children one more chance. Delay the calamity count a little further — fix the positions on the map.

Let the Buddha-children fulfill their vows! Ferry the ninety-six and board the precious raft.

The twin dragons hold the pearl and spit sweet dew. The water washes away Thailand's plague and clears the fog of obstruction.

Store up the beams and set the tracks — the Arhats will assist. Fierce generals and vanguard warriors pave the road of the Dao.

Thailand's mystic waters — summer and autumn tilling. Heaven and Earth take their positions and turn the Dharma Wheel.

At the end of the End Times, a moment of black smoke and dust. Ninety-nine whirlwinds, a September typhoon.

The five demons descend to the mortal world — wind, rain, and frost. Disasters come in chains and the ghosts wail.

Ji Gong's living Dharma turns his magic hat. The True Warrior's seven stars shine the lamp of wisdom.

Turning back the wild smoke — the sound of Guangxuan. In this world of suffering, the golden rooster crows.

The cultured hear reason and return to Heaven above. The virtuous and magnificent reach the slope of truth.

A billion gleaming rivers — a thousand protections above. From the soil of China, jade emerges — Guanyin of Wisdom.


The Mountain Spirits and Spirit-Beasts Above Chiang Rai Airport

We hear the Heavenly Mandate has come for inspection. The Imperial Heaven has specially opened the Gate of Expedient Means.

In the final age, the Mother extends this great opportunity — that the ninety-six may turn their lives around.

The lower realms are not without spiritual nature. It is only accumulated karma that clouds the original purity.

All grudges entangle, pulling them into sin, and so they go round and round through the lowest wheels.

We beg the worthy and virtuous: have merciful hearts. Come to Thailand and ferry the spirits of the lower realms.

If they can receive the one pointing of the Cross of light, they may build merit and step toward the jade sea of Heaven.


The Soldiers of the Golden Triangle, Relayed Through Yuanxuan Sage-Buddha

In former days, war bred endless chaos. Blood and slaughter — mutual destruction.

We created tangles of evil for the next life. We suffered every kind of pain.

To save our own lives, we chose any means. Facing the enemy, we thought only of ourselves.

We piled up enmities beyond counting. Though we longed to escape, who could untangle the knot?

Today we see you radiant with auspicious light. You must be compassionate ones, come to ferry the stubborn.

We kneel and beg: have pity on us, foolish and coarse. Grant us a little of that universal gift — let us share in grace.


The Jade Buddha at Chiang Rai

Jade and gold carved from rough stone — wisdom's light. The Buddha-nature was always the beam of Heaven and Earth.

Humanity stands in the center — do not lean to either side. Only then can you achieve both and dwell in Heaven's house.

Do not be attached to worldly carved images. They invite disaster and cast you into the ocean of the red dust.

Manifest the Tathagata's ease and freedom. Do not lose Maitreya — return to the jade homeland.

Note: This is the original site where the jade was discovered that became the Jade Buddha of Bangkok's Grand Palace.


The Spirit-Gods at the Double Dragon Temple, Chiang Mai

The twin rivers dance and a thousand sails turn. Dragon coiled, tiger crouched, guarding the treasure mountain.

The temple stands on the high peak, brushing against the fog. But the true ones have not awakened — they are still drunk in the dream of Handan.

The horizon of Heaven draws near — do not delay. The stars of the spirit-realm — all the constellations are present.

Gods and humans alike wait and work together. Cultivate the inner work with diligence — return to the simple light.

Welcome the dawn. The radiance illuminates three thousand worlds. The worthy and virtuous lead the way — know the heat of refinement.

Together, seek the true Master and step into the garden of joy.


The Immortals and Buddhas at Chanhong Temple, Chiang Mai

Through sincere cultivation I received this deputyship — serving as Shakyamuni's proxy for hundreds of years.

With reverence I studied and contemplated the scriptures. Through austere practice and cold learning I observed the dust of the world.

The bodhi tree, the bright mirror — they were never stained. The Buddha-nature, at ease, is observed moment by moment.

And yet the environment tangles and pulls. I cannot shed the complications and return to what is natural.

I sigh, I sigh — how many times have I sighed and seen through it? The thicket of troubles is all pruned away.


The Spirit-Gods at the Dou Mu Palace, Phuket

The stars of the Dipper all descend to the east. The Mother in her mercy rescues the drunken land.

The palace precincts are fragrant, spreading sweetness far. All the children receive their orders and promote the Dao.

Each holds fast to their post, ferrying the Mother's original children. Their noble spirit guards the upright and sustains what is true.

Gods and humans joined together — drawing the lost from their net. Scattering virtue and radiance — dodging the calamity.

Driving the field of the spirit-nature, shining bright.


Ji Gong the Living Buddha, at Phuket

Since those people — the demons, I mean — want to trip us up and leave us with no road, everywhere you turn they'll be there to block you. They'll even throw things at your back to make you stumble. So keep your eyes half-shut, half-open — but peek out of the corners. You understand? Don't be upset! If it comes to that — if war really comes across the Strait — then fine, it's come. It doesn't matter whether you have your baggage packed or not. This is your chance to settle accounts.

If today you go out to fulfill the great vow you swore to the Mother — even if it means leaving your husband and children, not fulfilling your worldly duties — as long as you fulfill your duty to all living beings and do it completely, your Teacher guarantees you: those responsibilities you left behind, those people at home, your Teacher will arrange everything for them. I hope that for the sake of all beings, you stop letting those entanglements hold you. Each of you — put it all down. Give your whole heart to the work!

If the real Li Xiuyuan can't be gathered back, your Teacher hopes you'll find a way to gather that karma of cultivation into completion. Do you hear? Your Teacher has several names — Xiuyuan, Xiuyuan, and Xiuwan — Cultivate the Bond, Cultivate the Circle, Cultivate to Completion! You've come this time as ten people — ten is the number of Gathering. Plus her here in Thailand — sister Fan — making eleven. If they really do lock down that place — Taiwan — your Teacher hopes that after you finish everything that needs finishing there, you start fresh from here. If you have the heart to do this work for your Teacher and the True Warrior Patriarch, then make your vow quickly — declare it clearly. Do you hear?

Once you've finished scouting and go back — whether you actually come back to do it or not — it doesn't matter. What matters is that this trip, you walk through every place where the rites need to happen. Walk it thoroughly! After that, arrange the follow-up just the same. Whether you can actually come back or not, it doesn't matter. If you really can't come back for the inspection, then I hope she here can open a new beginning for your Teacher's Gathering. I believe that if we take a cutting from Taiwan and plant it here, and I, Li Xiuyuan, bring two yang and one yin dragon to water it — it can still come alive! It all depends on you eleven this time. Plus two more out of uniform — one yin, one yang, newlyweds — I hope you take this horse and ride it all around Thailand. Can we really achieve peace? If we can't make it around, well, then we can't!

You need to understand: the Heavenly Calamity is terrifying, but the human heart is more terrifying! Every dynasty's ruler in the end was used by others. Since he decided to let them in, since he set his mind on this — the Two-States Theory — if it causes a great calamity, then the karmic consequences are his to bear. You just do your own work well. Understand? Have a drink — it'll help. Whether we break through or not, don't be troubled, don't be upset! Do what needs doing. Ah! Best if all ten of you can walk this through to completion in ten days. If there's a chance, come back to Thailand! On the last day, everyone should go to her place — the Qiu family Buddha hall — and leave from there back to Taiwan.

If you can do your scouting and go back and everything's fine — if this war gets delayed — then when you can bring everyone for the full inspection, the last day is the same: everyone goes there, then back to Taiwan. Understand?

Your Teacher does have the power to turn Heaven and Earth, to deflect the calamity, to ferry people no one else can ferry. But on the day of the Mother's birthday, when the Five Demons went to pay their respects, they said to the Mother: "The people of this world just won't cultivate properly. This time, they deserve the calamity. The White Sun Period has already been shortened — now it's time for the Black Sun to rise!" They said: "Only you, Ji the Fool, are standing there saying 'Wait a little, wait a little!' Since you're so good at talking, since you can calculate everything, then call out your disciples and let them show what they can do!" Ah! Show some backbone! No matter what, your Teacher believes that even if things fall apart over there, every one of you still has the ability to carry this teaching forward! Your performance this time — your Teacher is very happy! As long as you perform like this, there's hope for the future. Hear me? Look at the big picture. Don't look at the small places. Work hard! Whether it's demons or Buddhas — be friends forever. Understand?

Brother Xie the Arhat — do you want to come here and pioneer? You need to know: if that place gets taken, your Teacher wants to steal a branch and plant it here. I hope it can sprout. If someone comes to tend it, it will grow! So your Teacher brought these three dragons out first — two of them spit water to dissolve Thailand's calamity! Then when you come afterward, you'll be able to work properly. Brother Liang-zhu — the "pillar" — are you willing to give yourself? The willing kind of giving — how willing? If war really breaks out, what are you going to do? Your Teacher hopes you come here first as the central beam. Do you understand? — Ji Gong said: Yuanxuan Sage-Buddha has already revealed that Thailand is the northern corner of the four corners of Heaven and Earth. This corner is tilting. We need Brother Qiu here to hold it up! — If a house has only four pillars but no central beam, it can't be a stable house, and it's hard to put to use. There's a saying: Feed a soldier for a thousand days, use him for a single morning. Your Teacher has taught his disciples for a thousand days, and hopes that when your Teacher needs you most, you'll step up. Understand? Your Teacher has no physical body, so I must ask you. I hope that in this critical moment, you can show what you're made of — share the Teacher's burden, relieve the Teacher's worry.

If they want to cut our root and leave us headless, with no one to lean on — well, there's nothing to be done! But your Teacher will always find a way to take a cutting and graft it. Understand? Your Teacher hopes that for the sake of this calamity, you show them! Even if that place is completely taken — you be ready! Even if it's just you left, as long as you carry your Teacher's sacred edict and step out again, take everything your Teacher and your Teacher-uncle and your senior brothers passed down, come here, graft it, and start fresh. Understand? Don't be upset! If it really comes to that moment, then you do what that moment demands. Bangkok must be established. It doesn't matter where you take root first. Compared to Hong Kong — the pearl of the ten-thousand-nations — only the Lord of Ten Thousand Nations can hold it. But if we need to graft a branch, Thailand has better odds than Hong Kong. You absolutely must open a new road from here. Do you hear?

Whether it gets taken or not — it doesn't matter. But if at this moment you are willing to step up, that makes all the difference! When the time comes, if it hasn't been taken, it means your devotion together has broken through the crisis — and then Teacher and disciples are on the road together, stumbling but moving! If we don't break through, at least we steal a branch and plant it. Do you understand?


The Five Prefecture Thousand-Year Lords at the Siam Dai Tien Gong, North Lamphun

Brother Lai has a deep bond with the people here. I ask the worthy: show mercy and help them along.

May they awaken and understand, clearing the fog of life and death. May they help the Gathering expand in Thailand.

Note: The Siam Dai Tien Gong in North Lamphun was established on November 7, 1976, when local Chinese-Thai businessman Zheng Jingyao brought the incense fire from the Nankunshen Dai Tien Temple in Taiwan. The new temple was consecrated at Bangpu Ancient City on November 27, 1992, and is currently the most magnificent Chinese Southern Palace-style temple in Southeast Asia. During this mission, the travel arrangements in Bangkok were disrupted by demonic interference, and it was the Five Prefecture Thousand-Year Lords at Dai Tien Gong who guided their board member Lai Nanxing to intervene and resolve the practical difficulties.

Additionally, the spirit of Wanshan Ye — the Child God — at Dai Tien Gong descended through the Three Talents medium at the beach of Rayong National Park and said: "My former name was Lin Qiangji, from Guangdong Province. My mother was Wu Yueqiu. In this life I have been reborn as Chen Xianglan, a member of Dai Tien Gong. After I died, my mother was heartbroken and said she wanted to be my mother again in the next life. But karmic forces and affinities entangled — I was taken as a general before the throne of Nankunshen Wanshan Ye, then dispatched to Thailand as deputy. Though I could not be her son in this life, I guided them to Dai Tien Gong to obtain my golden image for home worship. Her current husband is also my father from the previous life — because you were such a loving couple, you have married again in this life. Today I petition to serve as vanguard for Guangxuan Palace in Thailand, so that mother and child can together help the Gathering's great work in this land." Ji Gong the Living Buddha approved on the spot, bestowing prayer beads, a gourd, and a treasured fan to be placed at the shrine of the Child God in Sister Chen's home, to aid his divine power.

既然人家(指:魔)是要讓咱們顛無路,你一顛到哪裡,伊就故意來阻擋,甚至拿東西跟在背面來呷你們撞,那麼你們就把眼睛裝乎撒瞇撤瞇,但眼尾要稍瞬一下,知道嗎?不必難過!走到這地步(指:如果台海兩岸真的發生戰爭),有也好,沒有也好!不管你們有沒有包袱嗣,這總是你們了斷的一個機會。今天你們如果為了完成向 皇母所立的大愿,雖然放了丈夫妻兒、沒有盡凡間的責任,但你如果對眾生盡了責任、做得圓滿,為師向你保証,你的那些責任、家中的那幾位,為師也一定會給你安排。希望你們為了眾生,不要再為那些牽纏,各自都能放下,全心去做!

真正的李修緣如果收不起來,為師希望你們一定要想辦法將修緣收乎圓起來,聽有否?為師有好幾個名-修緣、修圓與修完!你們這次來十個人-十是收圓,加上妳泰國一位(范姐),如果人家真的要將那個地方(台灣)綁起來,為師希望在那個地方圓滿該結束之後,再從妳這裡重新開始生出一個,妳若有心想替老師和 真武老祖做這件工作,就趕快發個愿、表明清楚,聽有否?這次路草探好圓滿回去,有來做、沒來做,都不要緊,重要的是你們這回探草能把要做法事的地方都走乎透!走透之後,你們同樣照常安排後續的作業,至於到時候,能來不能來都不要緊;如果真的不能來出查巡,希望妳這裡能夠替老師的收圓再開一個頭,相信從台灣來這裡插枝,吾李修緣帶兩陽一陰的龍來這裡澆水,也是有辦法讓它活起來!這回是都要看你們這十一位了,外帶兩個沒穿制服的-一陰一陽(新婚),希望將這匹馬帶著到全泰國去繞繞,能否真的得到和平?要是繞不過去,也是沒辦法!

你們要知道:天劫雖然很可怕,人心還更可怕!每一朝代的君王最後都是被人家利用,他既然動念讓人家侵入,決心要這樣做(指兩國論),如果造成大劫數,那這些因果他就要自己去承當,你們只要做好你們的事情就好,知否?喝幾口,免難過!破也過、破不過,你們都不用煩惱,也不必難過!該做的事情好好去做。唉!最好能夠十個人十天走圓滿之後,有機會再來泰國!最後一天,你們大家都要去她那裡(邱氏佛堂),再從那裡回去。如果你們探草完回去,好好沒代誌(指:台海局勢),能夠將這個(戰爭)拖慢了,有辦法將大家都帶來出查巡時,最後一天也是一樣,大家都要去那裡,再回台灣,知否?

老師雖然有辦法扭轉乾坤、撥走劫數,有辦法渡別人所無法渡的人;但是, 老母聖誕那一天,五魔去祝壽時,跟 老母說,世間人就是不想好好做,這回是他們應該要遭到劫數的時候了,白陽期既然已經縮短了,黑陽就該要出頭!就是只有你 濟顛一個人在那裡一直說:慢一點、慢一點!你既然那麼會講,這麼能算,不然就叫你那幾位徒弟出來表現一下,唉!要拿出志氣出來!不管怎樣,為師相信就算那裡沒辦法,你們每一個人也是有辦法替老師將這東西傳出來!你們這回的表現,為師非常的高興!只要你們這回表現這樣,以後就有希望,聽有否?看大局,不要看小地方,打拚點!不管是魔也好,佛也好,要做永遠的好朋友,知否?

謝羅漢,你有想來這裡開荒否?你要知道,那裡如果被人收完去,為師想要撿條枝從這裡插種下去,希望它能發芽,有人來照顧,才會成長!所以為師先帶這三隻龍出來,兩隻負責吐水,將泰國這個劫數先化掉!那麼你們日後接來這裡,才有辦法好好辦。樑柱(邱良助)汝打算捨出來否?(儘量)儘量是要如何捨?若真的打起來,你們要做些什麼?為師希望你這根樑柱先來這裡做中基樑,聽懂這意思否?(濟佛:先前 圓玄聖佛就曾開示說,泰國是天地四角之北角,現在此角將傾斜,所以要借助邱兄來支撐!)如果一間房子只有四支柱子,沒有中基樑,那麼它就不能成為穩固的房子,而且很難發揮。有句話說:養兵千日,用在一朝。為師教徒千日,也希望徒兒在為師最需要的時候來發心,知否?為師沒了肉體,所以才要跟你們拜託,希望徒兒在這緊要的時刻,能夠好好表現一下,代師分勞,替師分憂。

人家若是要讓我們斷根無頭,又無處可倚靠,也是沒法度!但是為師總是要想辦法取個枝來接,知否?為師希望你們為了這次的劫數,做給別人看!那地方就算圓圓被人收去也好,你們都做好準備!就算只剩你們,只要擔負著為師的懿旨再踏出來,將為師及師叔、師兄們傳教給你們的東西,從頭來這裡接枝,重新發揮,知否?不要難過!如果真是走到那個時機,你們就做那時機應該做的事。曼谷地一定要定下來,先在哪裡生,都不要緊;相較於萬國地香港的那顆珠,雖然只有萬國教主才能夠站得住,但如果是要接枝,換來泰國接,比較有機會,你們絕對要從這裡再開出另外一條新的路程出來,聽有否?

會不會被人家收去,都沒關係,但是在這時候,你們要是能夠發心,就是不一樣!到時候,如果沒有被收去,表示是你們大家的發心將這難關衝破過去,這樣我們師徒就是顛有路、拼出去!要是沒衝出去,至少我們也要想辦法偷砍一條新枝來插種下去,聽懂否?

據泰國世界日報報導:八月廿九日,在泰國北部的洛坤市,三十名獸醫師花了四百多萬泰銖、通力合作所搶救成功-在緬甸伐木時誤踩地雷而炸斷左前腿、現年三十八歲的大雌象莫塔拉,在經過四天的調養後,表現非常良好,頗具忍受痛楚的勇氣,終於能夠以三隻腳再度站立起來。

同日,大陸江先生率一百一十一人代表團抵達泰國,作五天的國事訪問,加強中泰關係,強烈主張一個兩制,批判李先生兩國論的挑釁。

Teresa Teng Speaks from the Afterlife


In 1999, during the same Yiguandao scouting mission to Thailand documented in Part I, the spirit of Teresa Teng (鄧麗君, 1953–1995) — the beloved Taiwanese pop singer who died of an asthma attack in Chiang Mai at age forty-two — descended through spirit-writing at the Hing Hing Building in Hong Kong. What follows is not theology but testimony: a famous woman, loved by millions across Asia, speaking from the afterlife about regret, loneliness, karmic consequence, and the hope of deliverance.

Teresa Teng's voice dominated Chinese popular music for decades. Her songs — "The Moon Represents My Heart," "When Will You Return," "Sweet Honey" — were heard across the Chinese-speaking world and even penetrated the Iron Curtain into mainland China, where she was said to rival Deng Xiaoping in name recognition. She died on May 8, 1995, at the Imperial Mae Ping Hotel in Chiang Mai, Thailand, from a severe asthma attack. She was forty-two years old.

Teresa Teng Channels Her Lonely Heart at the Hing Hing Building, Hong Kong

The riches and glory of this world — I have enjoyed them all. So what? In truth, I am now very bitter, very sorrowful.

A lifetime of glamour brought only grief.

Past-life blessings flowed like a spring — but in this life, blessed with rare gifts and a body of singular fortune, I did not use them well. The good time slipped through my fingers.

I only knew how to indulge in the pleasures of the world — and so my life was cut short, and my former debts came to collect.

When will you come to help me plan a way out? Give me the chance to build merit and pull me toward virtue.


I used to sing "When Will You Return" all the time, but I never truly understood the deep meaning in those lyrics — lovely flowers don't bloom forever, beautiful days don't last. After tonight's parting... I never imagined that life and death could be so impermanent, that everything would come so fast.

Oh! I was so lonely. I wanted so badly to get married — to have someone by my side, someone to care for me, to build a warm family. Everyone in the entertainment industry feels the same way. We work partly to earn money, partly because we love what we do, but the glittering world dazzles the heart. So when you stand on stage, even though there is applause and cheering, behind it all you feel nothing but emptiness and desolation. Especially when you are sick and getting older.

Because my voice was soft and beautiful — a natural gift — I was best suited to singing lyrical, romantic songs. Stirring patriotic songs I rarely sang. I was an internationally famous star, admired and welcomed by the world. But let me tell you: in the realm of the dead, none of that matters. The spirits of the underworld do not care that you were some world-famous singer. Do you know how much suffering I endured in Thailand, how pitiful I was?

Because I lived too extravagantly in life, the merit I accumulated was not great. And when I died, I was seized by karmic creditors. When I arrived in the courts of Hell, who would speak for me? Who would cheer for me? In my lifetime, no one had ever come to collect from me like that.


Alone on the dark road of the underworld, a solitary spirit —

fierce karmic creditors bind me and drag me forward.

They press me down and haul me before King Yama,

word by word demanding payment for what I owe.

"Pay back your debts from past lives!" they say,

and Teresa kneels weeping in the halls of judgment.

Who will come to save me? Who will speak on my behalf?

The King of the Courts judges impartially:

"In life you lived in luxury and committed excesses.

Your public charity was insufficient — your blessings and your lifespan were reduced.

Punishment cannot be avoided." And at that moment,

my suffering and pain — to whom could I pour them out?


Questions from the Practitioners

Question: You were a famous singer. How did you come to have asthma? What kind of karmic debt did you create in your past lives?

Two lifetimes ago, at the end of the Ming Dynasty, I was a famous singing courtesan in the imperial palace. My diaphragm was very strong. I did not do anything truly wicked — but because I was competing with the other courtesans for fame and jealous of their reputations, I made a terrible mistake. I secretly put a breath-dispersing medicine into the clay pots where they were brewing their herbal tonics, so that they would lose their voices. Good sir, do you know what happens when someone takes a powerful breath-dispersing drug and then forces themselves to sing from the diaphragm? It can kill them. That created the sin of indirect murder, and so I was cast down as a fox, falling into the animal realm. After death, I cultivated as a fox spirit, accumulated merit in the fields of virtue, and was finally permitted to be reborn as a human, enjoying the great blessings of this life. But those courtesans have all received heavenly writs to come and collect their debts in this lifetime.

Question: Were you a celestial maiden reborn in your previous life?

In my most recent past life, I was a fox spirit who had cultivated virtue. But I was not one of those who flaunt themselves, take human form, and cause trouble in the mortal world. Instead, I helped care for many small animals and accumulated considerable merit. That is why I was allowed to be reborn as a human in this life and enjoy such great blessings.

Question: Did you die at the Mae Ping Hotel, or did you pass away at the hospital?

Although I was technically still alive when I was taken to the hospital, by the time the asthma attack struck in my hotel room, my conscious soul had already left my body. So I was just drifting around inside the hotel.


Teresa Teng's Final Words

Finally, I give my deepest thanks to the good sir who, from the very beginning of the Thailand scouting missions until now, has been tirelessly traveling everywhere to share the story of the manifestation I made in Thailand. Today I have gone further, speaking of my past-life causes and consequences as proof. I earnestly hope to follow along in cultivation, to draw good affinities, so that I might accumulate some merit to atone for my sins. My gratitude is engraved within my heart.


Annotation: Teresa Teng's Manifestation in Thailand

The following account describes the circumstances under which the spirit encounter with Teresa Teng took place during the second scouting mission to Thailand.

During the second scouting trip, the practitioners needed to conduct a ritual of universal deliverance for the living and conscious souls adrift in the Chao Phraya River. They checked into the Menam Riverside Hotel in Bangkok, whose rear helicopter landing pad served as an ideal ritual site. A nearby ferry dock had been the scene of a major drowning incident on Christmas Eve five or six years earlier, so the hotel's board of directors and their families participated fully in the rites. The sales manager, Mr. Wira, went to extraordinary lengths coordinating logistics across all the ritual sites in Thailand — not only enduring slander from a local travel agency but missing his own mother's funeral because he could not return home in time. Ji Gong the Living Buddha, moved with compassion, bestowed prayer beads upon his mother's remains to be cremated together with her body. A photograph taken at the cremation captured white Buddha-light.

Additionally, Mr. Wu of Golden Treasure Travel Agency in Bangkok offered many good suggestions for the mission. He suddenly said in all seriousness: "Since you're going to Chiang Mai to perform deliverance rites, why not consider staying at the Imperial Mae Ping Hotel where Teresa Teng used to live, and deliver her soul as well?" At the time, everyone just laughed — after so many years, how could Teresa Teng possibly still be there?

But when they arrived in Chiang Mai, they discovered that there were no suitable open spaces in the city for the rites except the large parking lot in front of the Imperial Mae Ping Hotel. That evening they went to the front desk to negotiate group rates. The hotel was fully booked and they could not get the price they wanted. Then, unexpectedly, someone received a spirit communication: "She was forty-two years old when she departed!" At the time, they did not know exactly how old Teresa Teng had been when she died — only that she passed away after the ascension of the Holy Buddha Yuanxuan. But Manager Li said with certainty: "Teresa Teng and I are the same age — we're both born in the Year of the Dragon."

What happened next was extraordinary. After dinner, having already walked far from the hotel, someone felt a powerful, inexplicable urge to go see the room where Teresa Teng had died — to find out whether she was still there. Several of them walked back to the hotel and by chance encountered two staff members from the sales department, Ms. Meique and Ms. Cherry, at the front entrance. The women said they had been ready to leave at five o'clock but for some unknown reason had stayed until half past eight, unable to leave — as though someone unseen had been working to arrange this meeting.

They talked as they walked, and eventually sat down beneath the Buddhist stupa in the parking lot. After negotiating the room rate and use of the parking area, someone asked about the stupa. The hotel, they learned, was built on the site of a centuries-old Buddhist temple destroyed in war. The stupa had been preserved, but the hotel was frequently troubled by spirit activity. The staff warmly welcomed the practitioners' deliverance mission.

The next question was whether they could see Teresa Teng's former suite. As it happened, the suite was being renovated and had no guests — they could visit the following morning. The room, they were told, was priced at fifteen thousand baht per night, discountable to seven thousand nine hundred.

The next day, when the staff led them into the Presidential Suite on the fifteenth floor, the atmosphere felt unusually heavy — perhaps because the air conditioning was off. Everyone was admiring the lavish furnishings, especially the magnificent bathroom. But one member of the group was drawn to the large bed, the small window beside it that did not reach the floor, and the view of Chiang Mai beyond. Standing at that window, wondering what had attracted Teresa Teng to live there — at that very moment, Teresa Teng spoke through the medium.

She said there were three things that could prove she was truly Teresa Teng and that she had truly never left. They could go ask the floor supervisor on the fifteenth floor. First: in life, she had loved to stand at this very window, looking out over the serene, elegant mountain scenery of Chiang Mai and the white stupa below. Second: she had misspoken the night before — the room had recently been renovated and no longer looked as it had when she was alive. Third: her favorite outfit to wear on stage was a purple-pink V-neck pleated gown, because it best complemented her skin tone and showed off her figure.

Question: What was the actual cause of your death?

It was karmic creditors collecting their debts — not that my natural lifespan had ended. Although I came all the way from Taiwan to Thailand to recuperate, I still could not escape. The creditors seized me. At that moment, Manager Ding, who had been standing nearby listening, suddenly felt waves of cool air blowing around his ankles, as though someone were fanning him. He naturally picked up the gourd to offer deliverance. Teresa Teng laughed and said in thanks: "Thank you so much, handsome!"

The practitioners immediately went to tell the hotel staff, with Sister Fan translating into Thai. The floor supervisor's face went white. He collapsed into his chair. Having worked at the hotel for years, he confirmed that all three things Teresa Teng had said were true. Everyone broke out in goosebumps at the same moment. The supervisor asked in panic: "She's really still here! What should we do?" Everyone said: only by praying that Ji Gong the Living Buddha would have mercy and allow the rites to proceed could her soul be delivered.

Teresa Teng then said: when the time came, she could not be expected to scramble for ritual food offerings in the parking lot with everyone else. After all, she was accustomed to standing on stage and being admired. She hoped Ji Gong would show her a special kindness — to come up to her room and invite her down personally. They promised to convey her request to the Master.

In the days that followed, Teresa Teng's presence continued to manifest. At a restaurant in Rayong, the singer on stage saw the group arrive and immediately stopped singing Thai songs, switching to Teresa Teng's "Sweet Honey" and "How Could You Say That to Me." Everyone joked that Teresa Teng must have followed them — and that it seemed to have something to do with the "handsome" Manager Ding. At another restaurant in Khorat, the singer spontaneously performed "A Wisp of Dream," "Sweet Honey," and "How Could You Say That to Me."

Back at the Qiu family temple in Pak Nam, when they told Brother Qiu about the manifestation, he immediately searched for a videotape of Teresa Teng's Hong Kong concert. They talked late into the night as he worked the VCR, but could only get sound — no picture. The next morning, a technician was called. He got the picture working — but only in black and white. No color.

Teresa Teng's tender singing woke the narrator from sleep. He went downstairs to check the VCR. Manager Ding said offhandedly: "She's dead. Life is black and white now — no color." Then Ding lowered his head and said his nose was burning with grief. Upstairs, when the narrator asked Sister Chen the same question about the black-and-white picture, she said without thinking: "When someone dies, of course it's black and white. Where would color come from?" Two people in separate parts of the house, speaking from the same intuition, had said the same thing.

At lunch, Sister Chen suddenly cried out from the kitchen. Teresa Teng had spoken through her, asking her to pass a message to Manager Ding: "The one who sprinkled the nectar — he and I truly were connected in a past life. Please, he must go and beg Ji Gong the Living Buddha to deliver me back to Taiwan!" Sister Chen hesitated, so Teresa Teng slapped the bowl of rice right out of her hand onto the table, forcing her to deliver the message. Manager Ding asked: "Is she really here? If I truly have this connection with her, and if I can come to Thailand for the mission, I will beg the Master on her behalf." The moment Ding made that promise, the black-and-white television screen instantly returned to full color. Someone said to him: "See? You said you'd ask the Master to deliver her, and immediately her future is no longer black and white."

Brother Qiu put down his rice bowl and went to rewind the tape. The opening showed Teresa Teng stepping out of a red sports car, removing her sunglasses, and tossing her hair as the camera zoomed in. At that moment, the color picture suddenly froze and turned black and white. Her eyes were wide open, her expression cold and blank — like a memorial portrait. A chill swept through the room, and everyone's hair stood on end. Then the screen returned to color, proving this was a manifestation, not a malfunction. Everyone marveled: this is what manifestation looks like.

According to a friend, Ms. Xu, who had lent Teresa Teng a flat overlooking Victoria Harbour in Hong Kong: after Teresa Teng's hoped-for marriage fell through, she sank into deep melancholy. She rarely opened the curtains. She would sit alone on the living room floor, burying herself in a dark corner. This confirms the loneliness she spoke of at the Hing Hing Building. Additionally, the Eastern Broadcasting website confirmed that Teresa Teng was indeed forty-two when she died. She was born Teresa Deng Lijun on January 29, 1953, and passed on May 8, 1995, from a sudden asthma attack in Chiang Mai, Thailand. She was interred at the Chin Pao San cemetery in Jinshan, Taipei County, in the memorial garden called "Jun Yuan" — the Garden of Jun. The memorial park, covering fifty ping, receives visitors from around the world every day, fans of every nationality who come bearing flowers, fruit, and gifts to pay their respects.

以前,我常唱「何日君再來」,但都沒有好好體會歌詞中的深義-好花不常開,好景不常在,今宵離別後...。沒想到生死這麼無常,一切來得這樣快!

唉!我很寂寞、好想結婚,有人陪伴照顧我,建立一個溫暖的家庭,在演藝界中的人也都有相同的想法,演藝工作一則是為了賺錢,也是基於興趣,但流金華景令人心迷,所以當站在舞台上的時候,雖然有很多的喝采與掌聲,背後卻倍感空虛落寞,尤其我有病在身,年紀又大!

由於我的歌聲柔美,得天獨厚,所以適合演唱文藝類歌曲,激昂的愛國歌曲就比較少唱。我雖然身為一位國際知名的歌星,受到世人的矚目歡迎,但哪裡知道在幽冥界根本不是如此,無形界的亡靈才不管妳是什麼國際知名的歌星!你可知道我在泰國那個地方有多痛苦、多可憐?

為我在世之時太奢華,所做的功德原不多,死時又是被冤業抓走的,到了地獄去要被清算!誰會幫我說話?誰會捧我?我在世的時候,從來沒有被人家如此追討過!

幽幽冥路孤獨身 猙獰業冤束搏前

狠壓扣拖見羅閻 句句語語討果欠

要君還償宿債錢 麗君跪哭閻王殿

誰來救我替話言 森羅王子秉公判

在世浮華有過添 公益不足福壽減

難免刑罰降我肩 此時苦痛訴誰濺

(問:妳是名歌手,怎麼會得到哮喘病,宿世到底造了何種冤業?)

在前二世,正值明末之時,是宮廷裡的有名歌伎,丹田很有力;我並未胡作非為,只是因為要與其他的歌伎爭妒名氣,所以才一時犯了錯事-偷偷在她們煎補藥的陶罐裡下了散氣藥,讓她們唱不出聲音來,賢士,你可知道如果吃了那種極度散氣的藥,卻又硬要用丹田唱歌的結果?那是會死人的-這就造了間接殺人的罪,所以才會被打落為狐狸,墜入畜生道!死後修煉成狐仙,積了善田福報,才又她們今世都領旨來討報了!

(問:妳前世是否仙女來轉世?)

我前一世是有修煉的狐仙,但並不花枝招展、幻化人形為患人間,而是幫忙照顧過很多小動物,積了不少善德,所以此生才可以轉世為人,並享受這樣大的福報。

(問:妳是在湄濱酒店就斷氣,還是到醫院才過逝的?)

雖然是拖到進醫院時才斷氣,但我在房間裡喘起來的時候,覺魂就已經離開身體了,所以就一直在酒店裡飄盪!

最後,再三感謝賢士從泰國出查巡探草迄今,一直很有心地四處替我宣揚在泰國所作的顯化,今天我再進一步說出前世因果以作明證;殷望跟隨修煉,牽引善緣,期能增添一些善德以懺解罪愆,感激銘內!

泰國第二次探查路草時,為了要普施流落在湄南河中的生覺二魂,所以才入住曼谷市區位於湄南河畔的湄南酒店,因為酒店後方正好附設有直昇機停機場,可以供作最佳的普施場地,而且其旁邊的渡船浮臺在五、六年前的耶誕夜又發生過一起重大的溺水事件,所以酒店方面對於這場法事除了施捨化食用的餅乾,其董事與家屬們也全程來熱心參與,特別是銷售部的經理維拉先生,為了幫忙連絡協調全泰國地區各場法事間的食宿及交通問題,不只受到當地某家旅行社的污蔑,更因而趕不及回家鄉奔母喪,其情感人!濟公活佛恩師慈憫乃賜予其母佛珠,隨同遺體火化,當場拍得白色佛光顯化!該旅行社又濫行捏造不法事實,誣請泰國觀光局的警官前來酒店找碴,幸好泰將軍通頌先生以及囝仔公的前世母親陳女士在場幫忙斡旋澄清,才又解了另一場魔難。

另外,要感謝曼谷金寶旅行社的吳總給了本次出查巡法事很多良善的建議與協助,特別是他突然很認真地提到:「既然你們要到清邁去做超渡法事,何不考慮入住鄧麗君生前常住的湄濱酒店,順道超渡她?」當時,大家聽了只是笑笑,認為這麼多年了,鄧麗君怎麼可能還在那裡?

沒想到抵達清邁府後,才發覺市區裡根本沒有什麼適合做法事的廣場,只有湄濱酒店大門口的那一大片停車場,是再適合不過了!所以當晚就直接到該酒店櫃台洽談團體住宿的問題,由於酒店的生意實在太好,所以我們希望的價格沒有談成。不料,這時候竟有人來通靈說:「她四十二歲歸空的!」當時我們並不確知鄧麗君到底是幾歲去世,只知道她是在圓玄聖佛成道之後歸空的,但是同行的黎經理卻很篤定的說:「鄧麗君跟我同年,都是屬龍。」奇妙的是-當我們於酒店用完晚餐後,已經走出酒店很遠了,心中卻有一股很強烈莫名的感覺,希望能有機會到鄧麗君過世的房間去看看,到底她還在不在裡面?所以就偕同范姐、黎經理等數人再走回酒店,結果在酒店大門口巧遇到業務部的美雀和櫻桃小姐。她們說,五點多的時候就可以下班回家,但不知怎地竟然拖到現在八點半了,還是走不開!似乎冥冥之中,有人努力在幫忙促成。

雙方邊走邊聊,最後坐在停車廣場邊的佛塔下把房價及借用停車場的條件都談妥之後,遂好奇地問起這座佛塔的來歷?才知道湄濱酒店所在的這塊空地,原先建有一間數百年歷史的佛寺,後來毀於戰火,才蓋成這棟酒店,但是這座佛塔被完整地保留下來,只是酒店裡經常發生靈異事件!所以她們非常歡迎我們天命出查巡來超渡亡魂。接著,又問及可否去看看鄧麗君生前住的套房?她們說,剛好那間套房正準備要裝璜,所以目前沒有住客,明天就可以帶我們進去參觀!又說到該套房的訂價是泰幣壹萬伍仟銖一天,平日可以折扣為柒仟玖佰銖。

隔天,當她們帶我們進到位於十五樓鄧麗君的總統套房參觀時,不知道是不是因為沒有開空調,所以感覺氣氛特別地凝重?大夥兒都忙著欣賞套房裡的各項設施及擺設,尤其是那間富麗堂皇的盥洗室,我則好奇地端詳著那張大床,以及床邊沒有落地的小窗戶,然後站到窗邊去看清邁的景緻,到底美在哪裡,為何會吸引她到這裡來常住?就在這當下,鄧麗君來通靈說:有三件事情可以證明-她確實就是鄧麗君,她真的沒走!如果不信,也可以出去問現在十五樓領班的服務生,第一,她生前是不是最喜歡站在這扇窗邊,俯看整個清邁市靜謐秀雅的山景,還有底下那座白色的佛塔?第二,昨晚,她跟你們講錯了,這房間是最近才重新裝修好的,已經不是她生前所住的那個樣子;第三,她生前上台最喜歡穿的是一套紫粉紅色V字領有褶疊的禮服,因為它最能襯托出她的膚色、展現她的身材!

(問:妳到底是為何原因而死亡?)

是冤業討報,不是陽壽已盡;雖遠從台灣到這裡來養病,但還是躲不過而被冤欠抓走!這時候站在旁邊傾聽對話的丁經理,忽地感覺到腳邊有陣陣涼氣吹來,好似在煽風!他很自然地就拿起葫蘆來施捨。鄧麗君笑著道謝說:「非常感謝這位帥哥!」

緊接著,我趕快走到房門外去將這些顯化告訴美雀和櫻桃小姐,同時並向櫃台的領班求證,而由范姐擔任泰語翻譯;結果,領班聽完,嚇得臉色慘綠,碰地跌坐到椅子上!在此服務多年的他向大家證明了,方才那三件事真正都屬實!不意,大家同時都起了一陣雞皮疙瘩!他慌張地問道:「她確實還在這裡!那該怎麼辦?」大夥兒說,只有祈求恩師慈悲,此地的法事能順利來進行,才能將她渡走!鄧麗君接著說:屆時,她是不可能和眾人一樣在底下的廣場爭搶化食!畢竟她是習慣於站在舞台上讓大家欣賞的,所以希望濟公活佛能慈悲給她一個特別優惠的機會,上來房間請她下去。我們答應為她轉達予恩師知道。

在後續的探草路程中,先是抵達羅勇飯店用午餐時,台上的歌手一見到我們,馬上停唱泰語歌,轉唱鄧麗君的:「甜蜜蜜」以及「你怎麼對我說」。大家笑著開玩笑說,鄧麗君可能有跟過來,要不然怎麼會傳出她的歌聲,而且好像是跟「帥哥」有關係!接著一路顛簸到了柯叻用餐,歌手主動唱出「一簾幽夢」、「甜蜜蜜」以及「你怎麼對我說」,大家見狀,便對丁經理說,看來緣在你,你要將這件事好好回去對老師說。

探草完畢回到北欖府邱氏佛堂時,對邱壇主說到了上述鄧麗君的顯化,邱兄聽後,忙著找出一卷鄧麗君的空港演唱會實況錄影帶,想查證是否有她所說的那套禮服。大家邊談,邱兄邊弄錄影機,弄得很晚,不料,還是只有聲音、沒有影像!隔天一早,邱兄又請熟悉電子器材的陳經理來修理,影像是有了-卻是黑白,怎麼也弄不出彩色的來!睡夢中的我,被鄧麗君柔美的歌聲喚醒,便走下樓去看錄影機是否修好了,聽到在場的丁經理無意間說出:「她已經死了,人生就是黑白,沒有彩色!」接著,就看到他低著頭直喊說:「鼻子酸得不得了!」當我再上樓,巧遇最晚起床的陳姐時,便問說:「為什麼彩色帶卻出現黑白影像?」眼猶然矇矓的陳姐竟也不經意地答道:「人死了,當然是黑白,哪裡還有彩色可言!」沒想到樓上、樓下分隔兩處的人,本於感應所說出的話,也可以不謀而合!

到了中午用餐時,突然聽到在廚房盛飯的陳姐大叫一聲,原來是鄧麗君通靈要她轉達丁經理:「我跟灑甘露的那位師兄真的是前世很有緣,請他一定要幫我去求濟公活佛慈悲渡回台灣!」但是因為陳姐猶豫拒絕,所以被鄧麗君氣的轟然一巴掌,將整碗飯打翻在桌上,逼得陳姐只好如實轉知丁經理,丁經理追問說:「她確實有跟到這裡來嗎?如果我真地跟她很有緣,到時候泰國出查巡我又可以來的話,我一定幫她去向濟公老師求情。」丁經理才一答應,黑白的電視螢幕就立刻回復正常的彩色!我順口對丁經理說:「你看,你說要去求老師渡她,馬上就印證她往後的人生不會再是黑白的了!」

熱心的邱兄放下飯碗,走向錄影機去倒帶讓大家重看-片頭是鄧麗君從紅色跑車上開門走出來,當特寫鏡頭由遠拉近到她邊用秀髮、邊將墨鏡取下的甜美臉龐時,原本彩色的畫面剎時定格凝住,又變成黑白,只見她兩眼圓瞪、冷漠呆滯的表情彷若遺照,又伴隨突如其來的一陣冷風,令在場的所有人都登時寒毛直豎!然後螢幕又回復為彩色,證明這些都是顯化,而不是錄影機故障。令得大夥兒讚嘆-實在有夠顯化!

註:據曾將香江維港邊房屋借與鄧麗君居住的友人徐小姐轉述,從鄧麗君與其意中人結婚未果後,就開始深陷於消沈落寞中,經常窗簾不大拉開,零仃一人呆坐在客廳的地板上,將自己深埋在漆黑的角落裡,此印證了她在香港新興大廈所訴孤情乃為確實。又經查詢東森電視台國際網址所載「鄧麗君生平簡介」,鄧麗君的確是四十二歲歸空的!鄧麗君本名鄧麗筠,民國四十二年一月二十九日生,肖蛇(按:鄧小姐係壬辰年農曆十二月十五日生,故其生肖應屬龍而非蛇);生前最喜歡的顏色為紫色與桃色系列,演唱過的歌曲包括中、英、日、粵及台語等,其歌聲當年曾穿過鐵幕,飄揚風迷全大陸,與鄧小平齊名,而搏得「小鄧」之美譽。八十四年五月八日,因氣喘病發猝逝於泰國清邁,享年四十二歲;五月二十八日在國人及全球華人目送之下,長眠於台北縣金山鄉西湖村西勢湖十八號金寶山墓園愛區之「筠園」。筠園又稱鄧麗君紀念公園,佔地五十坪,每天都有不分國籍來自海內外世界各地的歌迷,帶著鮮花、素果、禮物等前來參觀、憑弔。
