Ode XLI
The Messiah in truth is one, and he was known before the foundations of the world.
1.
Let all the children of the Lord praise him,
and let us receive the truth of his faith.
2.
And his children shall be known to him.
Therefore let us sing in his love.
3.
We live in the Lord by his grace,
and we receive life in his Messiah.
4.
For a great day has shone upon us,
and wonderful is he who has given to us of his glory.
5.
Let us all therefore be united in the name of the Lord,
and let us honour him in his goodness.
6.
And let our faces shine in his light, and let our hearts meditate in his love,
by night and by day.
7.
Let us exult in the exultation of the Lord.
8.
All who see me shall be astonished,
because I am from another race.
9.
For the Father of Truth remembered me,
he who possessed me from the beginning.
10.
For his riches begot me,
and the thought of his heart.
11.
And his Word is with us in all our way,
the Saviour who gives life and does not reject our souls.
12.
The man who was humbled,
and was exalted in his own righteousness.
13.
The Son of the Most High appeared
in the perfection of his Father.
14.
And light dawned from the Word
that was in him from the beginning.
15.
The Messiah in truth is one,
and he was known before the foundations of the world.
16.
That he might save souls forever in the truth of his name.
A new praise to the Lord from those who love him.

ܢܫܰܒܚܽܘܢ ܠܡܳܪܝܳܐ ܟܽܠܗܽܘܢܿ ܝܱܠ̈ܘܕܰܘܗ̱ܝ܆
ܘܰܢܣܰܒ ܫܪܳܪܳܐ ܕܗܰܝܡܳܢܽܘܬܶܗ.

ܘܢܶܬܝܰܕܥܽܘܢ ܠܘܳܬܶܗ ܒܢܰܘ̈ܗ̱ܝ܆
ܡܶܛܽܠ ܗܳܢܳܐ ܢܶܙܡܰܪ ܒܚܽܘܒܶܗ.

ܝܰܘܡܳܐ ܓܶܝܪ ܪܰܒܳܐ ܐܰܢܗܰܪ ܠܰܢ܆
ܘܰܬܡܺܝܗ ܗ̱ܽܘܼ ܕܝܰܗ̱ܒ ܠܰܢ ܡܼܶܢ ܬܶܫܒܚܴ̈ܬܶܗ.

ܢܶܫܬܘܶܐ ܗܳܟܺܝܠ ܟܽܠܰܢ ܐܰܟܚܕܳܐ ܥܰܠ ܫܡܶܗ ܕܡܳܪܝܳܐ܆
