Ode XXX

Come, all you thirsty ones, and take a drink, and rest at the spring of the Lord.

1.

Fill yourselves with water from the living spring of the Lord,
because it has been opened for you.

2.

And come, all you thirsty ones, and take a drink,
and rest at the spring of the Lord.

3.

Because it is beautiful and pure,
and gives rest to the soul.

4.

For sweeter than honey are its waters,
and the honeycomb of bees is not to be compared with it.

5.

Because it came forth from the lips of the Lord,
and from the heart of the Lord it was named.

6.

And it came without limit and unseen,
and until it was set in the midst they did not know it.

7.

Blessed are those who have drunk from it,
and have found rest in it.

ܡܠܰܘ ܠܟܽܘܢ ܡܰܝܴ̈ܐ ܡܼܶܢ ܡܰܒܽܘܥܶܐ ܚܰܝܳܐ ܕܡܳܪܝܳܐ܆
ܡܶܛܽܠ ܕܶܐܬܦܬܰܚ ܠܟܽܘܢ.

2.

ܘܬܰܘ ܟܽܠܟܽܘܢ ܨܗܰܝܴ̈ܐ ܘܣܰܒܘ ܡܰܫܬܝܳܐ܆
ܘܶܐܬܬܢܺܝܚܘ ܥܰܠ ܡܰܒܽܘܥܶܗ ܕܡܳܪܝܳܐ.

ܡܶܛܽܠ ܕܫܰܦܺܝܪ ܗ̱ܽܘܼ ܘܰܢܩܶܕ܆
ܘܰܡܢܺܝܚ ܢܰܦܫܳܐ.

ܡܼܶܢ ܕܶܒܫܳܐ ܓܶܝܪ ܣܰܓܺܝ ܒܰܣܺܝܡܺܝܢ ܡܰܘ̈ܗ̱ܝ܆
ܘܟܰܟܳܪܺܝܬܳܐ ܕܕܶܒܽܘܪ̈ܝܳܬܳܐ ܠܴܐ ܡܶܬܦܰܚܡܳܐ ܠܶܗ.

ܡܶܛܽܠ ܕܡܶܢ ܣܶܦ̈ܘܳܬܶܗ ܕܡܳܪܝܳܐ ܢܿܦܰܩ܆
ܘܡܼܶܢ ܠܶܒܶܗ ܕܡܳܪܝܳܐ ܫܰܡܰܗ.

ܘܐܷܬܳܐ ܟܰܕ ܠܴܐ ܡܶܣܬܰܝܰܟ ܘܠܴܐ ܡܶܬܚܙܶܐ܆
ܘܰܥܕܰܡܳܐ ܕܶܐܬܺܝܗܼܶܒ ܒܰܡܨܰܥܬܳܐ ܠܴܐ ܝܰܕܥܽܘܗ̱ܝ.
