The Blessed One in a former life is born to a Gutian family in the foothills of the Zagros mountains, becomes the greatest hunter that ever walked in Sumer, is struck by an arrow during a civil war, refuses for many years to have it removed, finds his village deported and presumed dead, and at last walks sixty days into the mountains to be recognized by his people.
