Weaving

Weaving is Tianmu's word for tantra — the methods, forms, and practice of Sooth. If sooth is the spell, weaving is the casting of it. If sooth is the intention brought into the world, weaving is the act of bringing it.

The metaphor is precise. A weaver sits at a loom and works thread into pattern — deliberate, rhythmic, combining separate strands into a unified fabric. This is what the practitioner does: takes the raw threads of will, awareness, and cosmic energy and works them into form through disciplined practice. Meditation, ritual, visualisation, breathwork — all of these are forms of weaving.

The most important form of weaving in Tianmu is Ghostsooth, in which one channels and becomes a Ghost or force, bringing it into the world through communion and embodiment. But weaving encompasses all forms of intentional practice through which sooth is enacted.
