Nature sparsely speaks
So a gusting wind does not last all morn
Nor pouring rain last all day
What makes this so?
Heaven and Earth

If even Heaven and Earth are not so long-winded,
How could man be?
So the Wayfarer follows the Way with devotion

The Wayfarer is one with the Way
The Charactered is one with Character
The lost is one with loss
One with the Wayfarer, the Way is delighted
One with the Charactered, Character is delighted
One with the lost, loss is delighted

When trust is not enough
How could there be any trust?

希言自然
故飄風不終朝
驟雨不終日
孰為此者
天地

天地尚不能久
而況於人乎
故從事於道者

同於道者，道亦樂得之
同於德者，德亦樂得之
同於失者，失亦樂得之

信不足焉
有不信焉
