The Bodhisattva's Confession of Downfalls
This is the Nyingma recitation version of the Bodhisattva's Confession of Downfalls, a liturgical form of the Sutra of the Three Heaps. It invokes the thirty-five buddhas of confession, confesses harmful actions across beginningless lives, gathers and dedicates all roots of virtue, and takes refuge in the victorious ones of past, present, and future.

Confession
All those and all the blessed buddhas, the tathāgatas, arhats, perfectly complete buddhas who dwell, live, and remain in all the worlds of the ten directions: please think of me.
In this life, and from lives without beginning or end, in every birthplace through which I have wandered in saṃsāra, whatever harmful acts I have done, caused to be done, or rejoiced in when done; whatever property of stūpas, property of the Sangha, or property of the Sangha of the ten directions I have stolen, caused to be stolen, or rejoiced in when stolen; whatever of the five acts of immediate retribution I have done, caused to be done, or rejoiced in when done; whatever paths of the ten nonvirtues I have truly taken up, caused others to enter, or rejoiced in when entered; whatever karmic veils have covered me so that I would go to hell, or to an animal birth, or to the realm of hungry ghosts, or be born in a borderland, or among barbarians, or among long-lived gods, or with incomplete faculties, or holding wrong views, or in a time when the arising of a buddha does not please me: before all the blessed buddhas who are wisdom, who are eyes, who are witnesses, who are valid knowing, who see with knowledge, I openly admit and confess all of these. I do not conceal them. I do not hide them. From now on I will restrain myself and cut them off.
Rejoicing and Dedication
All blessed buddhas, please think of me.
In this life, and from lives without beginning or end, in other birthplaces through which I have wandered in saṃsāra, whatever root of virtue I have made by giving, even down to offering a single mouthful of food to one born as an animal; whatever root of virtue I have made by keeping discipline; whatever root of virtue I have made by dwelling in pure conduct; whatever root of virtue I have made by ripening sentient beings; whatever root of virtue I have made by generating the mind set on supreme awakening; whatever root of virtue I have made through unsurpassed wisdom: gathering, collecting, and joining all these together, I dedicate them fully to unsurpassed, highest, higher than the highest, superior to the superior, perfectly complete awakening.
Just as the blessed buddhas of the past fully dedicated, just as the blessed buddhas of the future will fully dedicate, and just as the blessed buddhas who dwell now fully dedicate, in that same way I also fully dedicate.
The Three Heaps
I confess each and every harmful act.
I rejoice in all merit.
I urge and supplicate all the buddhas.
May I attain the supreme and holy unsurpassed wisdom.
Final Refuge
To the supreme human ones, the victorious ones who dwell now,
to those who have passed, and likewise to those who have not yet come,
to all whose praise of qualities is endless like the ocean,
I join my palms and go for refuge.
