True words are not pleasing
Pleasant words are not true
Good ones do not quibble
Quarrelsome ones are not good
Wise ones are not accessible
Accessible ones are not wise

The Sage doesn't hold back
He acts for Man, and gains ever more
He befriends Man, and is ever more and more

The Way of Heaven benefits without harming
The Way of the Sage works without contention

信言不美
美言不信
善者不辯
辯者不善
知者不博
博者不知

聖人不積
既以為人己愈有
既以與人己愈多

天之道利而不害
聖人之道為而不爭
