O Agni, draw nigh and turn thy face toward us; be kindly-minded, and make thy dwelling with us.
Provide, O Lord of the Line, for thou art the giver of gifts.
Let Aryaman bestow his bounty, and Bhaga likewise; let Br̥haspati provide, and the gods in their fulness, and Liberal Hand herself.
Let the goddess grant us wealth in goodly measure.
Upon King Soma we call for aid, and upon Agni with our song; on the bright sons of Aditi, on Viṣṇu, on Sūrya the shining, and on Br̥haspati, wise shaper of speech.
On Indra and Vāyu, swift to hear, do we now call; on Br̥haspati once more, that all who meet us may greet us with goodwill.
Rouse Aryaman, and Br̥haspati, and Indra the strong to giving; rouse Wind, Viṣṇu, Sarasvatī of flowing voice, and Savitar the bringer of bounty.
Thou, Agni, with thy kindling flames, uphold our hallowed speech and sacred rite.
Stir thou the gods in their gathering, that they may grant us treasure.
