From thine eyes, thy nostrils, thine ears, and thy chin, I pluck the sickness of the head from thee— from thy brain, yea, even from thy tongue.
From thy neck, and the nape thereof, from the bones that hold thy frame,
I draw forth the ailment from thy breast and belly— from thy shoulders and from thine arms.
From thy inward parts, thy bowels and thy seat, from thy heart, I tear it out— from thy reins, thy liver, and the winding of thy guts.
From thy thighs, thy joints at the knee, thy heels and the forepart of thy feet,
I wrench the sickness from thy loins, thy hindquarters, and thy hinder flesh.
From thy water-spout, thy bed-fellow, thy hair and thy nails,
this sickness I cast forth—
yea, from the whole of thy flesh.
From every limb, from every hair, from all that is knit in sinew and socket, this curse I do unbind— from thy whole body do I drive it out.
